WORTLEY RD FIRE RECOVERY UPDATE

It’s truly heartwarming to see the community come together in support of one another. Thanks to many generous small donations, the fire recovery fundraiser has raised $5,130 to help cherished Wortley businesses Sha Choix and A Village Tail, both impacted by the Wortley Road fire just before the critical holiday shopping season.
We’re happy to share that A Village Tail is back up and running, go show some support! Unfortunately, Sha Choix is not yet able to move back, as their side of the building sustained greater damage. However, you can still purchase Sha Choix’s one-of-a-kind jewelry and gifts at pop up sales around the village and at owner Sharinne’s home on limited occasions.
